Grant Funding

The Parish Council currently has grant funding available to support local community groups. Eligible community groups can apply for funding by submitting a completed grant funding application form and sending it to the Council at the Kings Hill Community Centre, 70 Gibson Drive, Kings Hill ME19 4LG or by email to clerk@kingshillparish.gov.uk.

Funding is awarded on a first come first served basis.

Kings Hill Parish Council takes the protection of your data seriously. Our aim is to provide a personalised and valuable service whilst safeguarding our users’ privacy. Collecting some personal information is necessary if we are to satisfy the expectations and requirements of our users.

We collect contact details via the web site for the purposes of providing a service to existing and potential correspondents and residents. We will never disclose personal details without the consent of the owner unless required to by law. Details are only held for as long as is necessary for Parish Council business, normally not more than 7 years.

Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data which Kings Hill Parish Council holds about you and the right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for Kings Hill Parish Council to retain such data. To do this please complete a Subject Access Request Form, once completed please return to the clerk@kingshillparish.gov.uk
