Berkeley Homes - Broadwater Farm
Following Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council's proposed allocation of Boradwater Farm within the emerging Local Plan, Berkeley is preparing an outline planning application for up to 900 homes along with land for primary and secondary schools and provision for a medical facility within a landscape led masterplan.
Prior to submitting a planning application, Berkeley Homes are keen to actively engage with local residents and key stakeholders to seek feedback on our initial proposals. Given the current covid-19 pandemic, to protect the health and wellbeing of the local community, Berkeley Homes will not be holding a public exhibition at a local venue.
