Council Meetings

Please note that all meetings are now held in the Kings Hill Community Halls

Kings Hill Parish Council holds regular meetings at  the new Kings Hill Community Halls at 7.30 pm unless otherwise stated. The general public are very welcome to attend and opportunity will usually be given during the meeting for questions to be raised from the floor.

During Holiday periods please check the village noticeboard to confirm that a meeting has not been cancelled

Please note: 

The Agenda for a meeting will be published on the Notice Board outside the Kings Hill Community Halls, a minimum of  three days before the date of the meeting in compliance with Local Council Regulations. It may be available for a longer period. 

Minutes can only be published after approval by the Committee at the following meeting. This means that minutes for the most recent meeting will not, for the moment, appear on this website. They will be published soon after approval unless referred to the following meeting.
