The Kings Hill Development originally referred to three villages: Garden Village, Golf Village and Heath Village. Today, the developers no longer adopt this concept but it remains a convenient way of distinguishing between different housing areas. In addition there are four other residential areas: the Village Central area, Lords Walk, Kate Reed Wood and the much smaller Sportsman's Cottages. There is also a Village Commercial Centre and a large Business Park.
