The Commercial Development has outline planning consent for more than 260,000 sq m of office business space set in 650 acres of parkland.

The range of buildings planned can accommodate  from the smallest business to a substantial global conglomerate. Already a  number of international  companies have chosen to relocate onto the business park, attracted by excellent transport routes into the UK and Europe and the availability of a large, local, skilled workforce. The close proximity of a wide range of housing styles and price ranges is also a major draw for companies considering relocation.
