S106 Youth Fund
Kings Hill Parish Council are pleased to announce the following beneficiaries of the S106 Youth fund grant of £5,000 for 2011.
Kings Hill Cricket Club - £565.34
The grant will contribute to the purchase of cricket equipment for the newly formed junior section of the club catering for coaching children between 5 aqnd 9 years old
Kings Hill Explorer Scouts - £1,203.66
The grant will contribute towards camping equipment for the recently formed Kings Hill Explorer Scouts group catering for scouts between the ages of 14 to 18.
Mereworth and Kings Hill Scouts - £1,500.00
The grant will contribute to catering and dining camping equipment for the oversubscribed group catering for scouts between the ages of 6 to 14.
Kings Hill Youth Club - £1,000.00
The grant will contribute towards their dance and keep fit programme for the rest of 2011/12 and photography and film workshop. The club caters for young people from 11 to 15 years of age.
Kings Hill Childminders - £131.00
The grant will contribute to hall hire for the group of childminders based in Kings Hill and the children they look after to meet more regularly for informal craft and play sessions.
Skate Park Working Group - £500.00
The grant will contribute to the project which aims to install a skate park at Kings Hill.
Tiddlers and Toddlers Group - £100.00
The grant will contribute towards new craft equipment and toys for pre-school children at the mother and toddler group held at the Community Centre.
